Crank It Cycles is proud to have sponsored the recent NZ Trials Championships, held at the new Awapuni Mountain Bike Park being created at the City's former landfill.
The event was won by local rider Tim Jurgens.
Palmerston North City Council staff and contractors worked hard to prepare the Trials area at the park for the Champs.

Glorious Weather - Glorious Cycling
Palmerston North Marist Cycling Club held its annual Crank It Cycles Twin Peaks Tour on Saturday and those fortunate enough to attend were treated to a glorious autumn day with cycling to match.

This a local 3 stage tour of Manawatu and Tararua, run by the Marist Cycling Club, and sponsored by Crank It Cycles! 
Registration is from 6-8 at the shop on Friday 20th April, or 7:30-8am at Ashhurst.
The shop will be open during registration.
Start is 8:30am at Ashhurst.
Stage 1 is over the Pahiatua Track (47km)
Stage 2 is a Time Trial in Ashhurst (6km)
Stage 3 is the National Road Champs course (70km/35km U17)

Aunt Betty's team member Fiona Macdermid took out two early series wins and a second placing in the Elite Women's category to give her an unassailable lead for the National series Elite Women's title.
