There has been interest in e-bikes for a while and we have been waiting until a range of high quality, well-engineered bikes becomes available.

E-bikes are ideal for people who want assistance to either travel longer distances or climb hills with ease. The more you pedal, the longer their range and they charge up in a few hours from a regular mains socket.

The batteries in Wisper e-bikes are light weight and user-friendly Lithium-polymer or Lithium-ion (the same as cell phones and cameras) so they are light, perform best, tolerate regular topping up and don’t mind being run flat.

There are standard and step-thru frame models, a folding bike and a kit to upgrade an existing or new bike available. We have in stock a 905SE City and a 705SE City step-thru frame bike.
